💼 Job Description & Responsibilities
As a Telecaller Sales Executive, you will be the voice of the company. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential customers via phone, explain products/services, and close sales.
What you will do:
Handle outbound calls to prospective clients.
Explain product details and benefits clearly and confidently.
Maintain a positive and professional tone during conversations.
Update customer details and call logs in the computer system.
Achieve daily or monthly sales targets.

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:
Educational Qualification: You must be a Graduate in any stream.
Communication Skills: Good command over language is essential. You need to be polite, articulate, and persuasive.
Confidence: A confident speaking ability is the key to success in sales.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computers (MS Office, typing, internet browsing) is required for data entry and reporting.
